Coastland | DCCM has an immediate opening for experienced Senior Water / Wastewater Project Managers / Designers (PE). These full-time hybrid positions (remote and job site) will require travel to serve our client. Seeking multiple candidates to appropriately divide the territory and limit the amount of travel.
We are seeking senior professional engineers with 10+ years of experience in the public market, technical experience in water, wastewater, stormwater, and related experience in public works planning, design, and construction management.
About the Role:
The Senior Water / Wastewater Project Managers / Designers (PE) will work closely with other engineers, technical specialists, and clients to successfully deliver innovative solutions for our client’s challenges. This is an exciting growth opportunity for a motivated person ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to our growing operations.
Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:
- 8+ years of project management, W/WW design and superb attention to detail
- 8+ years’ experience with contract negotiation and execution
- Comfortable developing project fees and estimates
- Demonstrated success managing aggressive project schedules
- Able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Capable of working as part of a team or independently
- Ability to work successfully with experts in multiple disciplines with a range of approaches
- 10+ years’ experience and proficient with applicable software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and other modeling software
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant Civil Engineering professional experience
- Current Professional Engineer licensure in California
