Staff Account

DCCM is looking for a skilled and driven Staff Accountant, requiring at least three years of experience for this specialized Civil Engineering role, preferably in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Candidates with prior experience in a city or county jurisdiction are preferred. This role presents outstanding growth potential for the right candidate.

About the Role:

The Staff Accountant is responsible for managing the accounting aspects of projects and collaborating with Project Managers on various tasks within Vantagepoint. This includes project setup, budgeting and forecasting, accounts payable entry, timesheet management, and client invoicing. Familiarity with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint would be a significant advantage in this role.

Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:

• 3+ years of hands-on general accounting duties
• Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision experience preferred
• Ability to multi-task and highly organized
• Strong attention to detail and solid team player
• 1+ years of experience in a Civil Engineering or Construction environment
• Background in customer journey mapping, lifecycle marketing, or customer retention programs
• Exposure to revenue operations, sales enablement, or customer onboarding tools
