Coastland | DCCM provided sustainable site design for the conversion of a former fire station site into Van de Leur Park. Project design included pavement removal, a bio-swale to avoid the need for storm drain improvements, grading, drainage, utility services, decomposed granite parking, walkways, and a pedestrian bridge.
